These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ragger API (the “Service”) operated by ERALABS, a French SASU registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 842 690 356, with registered office at 63 rue du Poteau, 75018 Paris, France (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Access to the Service

  • The Service is accessible only to users with an active subscription plan.
  • All access requires authentication via API keys.
  • Free trials may be granted upon request but are not automatically included.

2. Usage and Billing

  • Access is metered by token usage.
  • Plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the user's selection.
  • All payments are non-refundable, including for unused time or early cancellation.
  • Billing is managed via Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

3. Data Storage and Privacy

  • We store the data submitted through the API to:
    • track usage for billing
    • maintain session context for chat-based workflows
    • monitor and debug the Service
  • We do not use your data to train models.
  • Logged data includes both request and response content.
  • Our data handling complies with relevant French and European data protection laws. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service:

  • For any illegal activity or in violation of applicable laws
  • To disrupt or compromise the integrity of the service
  • In any way that infringes on intellectual property or rights of others

While we do not prohibit any specific industry or vertical, we reserve the right to review and suspend accounts based on abuse, excessive resource usage, or regulatory concerns.

5. Rate Limits and Fair Use

  • Each plan comes with specific rate limits and usage quotas, as detailed on our pricing page.
  • We use automated abuse detection systems to identify and prevent misuse.
  • If your usage significantly exceeds your plan’s limits, we may contact you to upgrade or may temporarily restrict your access.

6. Service Availability

  • The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uptime or availability and offer no SLA.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, including for:
    • Violation of these Terms
    • Abuse or excessive usage
    • Suspected illegal activity
  • Termination will result in loss of access to the API and stored data.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, software, and technology provided as part of the Service remain the exclusive property of ERALABS.
  • Users retain ownership of their own data submitted to the Service.

  • Premium support is available as part of dedicated plans.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
